Refund Policy

Placeholder terms — CourtQuest should set the exact windows and amounts below before opening paid registration.

Withdrawals before the deadline

If you withdraw before a tournament's registration deadline, your entry fee is refunded in full (card payments are returned to the original card via Stripe; cash was not yet collected).

Withdrawals after the deadline

After the registration deadline, brackets and court schedules are being finalized, so entry fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us if you have an emergency or medical reason — we handle these case by case.

Cancelled or rescheduled events

If CourtQuest cancels a tournament, all entry fees are refunded in full. If an event is rescheduled and you can't attend the new date, you may request a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email courtquest3@gmail.com with your name and the tournament. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
